Our 100mm aluminum Omni wheel with 6mm hole and rollers mounted around its body allow your robot to have diagonal and lateral movement in addition to moving forward and backward. It has 25 rollers made of rubber which is installed on a smaller brass or steel wheels. These rubber rollers hold the floor and create good friction which prevents slippage while braking and turning. most wheels’ rollers are made of plastic, directly mounted on a bar, but our wheel’s rollers are mounted on smaller wheels. these smaller wheels can be produced in material of your choice (Metal or Brass). You can choose their material and how they manufacture by selecting one of the A, B, C and D grades.
