150mm aluminum Omni directional wheel with 6mm bore diameter is one of our multi-directional wheels which is built to roll freely. This wheel with the small rubber rollers mounted around the wheels’ body can rotate at 360 degrees with ease and provides a fantastic friction and creates the smoothest ride. The length of the wheel makes it a perfect match for bigger robots requiring longer wheels. Compared to plastic wheels with lower load capacity, our wheel provides more load capacity and durability due to its aluminum body. The bore size of the wheel is 6 millimeters which can fit your motor shaft with the same size.

You can use this 150mm Omni wheel in Omni directional drivetrain like H drive, holonomic drive and kiwi drive and many other drive systems and applications like industrial robots which require a robust Omni wheel.

Our 150mm diameter Omni wheel with the bore size of 6mm comes in 4 grades: A, B, C and D. every grade has the same function, but their difference lies in the materials of the rollers bearing. The grade A and C are made of steel but the difference is that the grade A is manufactured by CNC machine and but the grade C is not. The other two are also similar. The rollers bearing in this Omni wheel with the grade B and D are made of brass. the grade B is produced with CNC machine, while the grade D is not. Depending on your requirements and your budgets, you can choose the high-grade or low-grade wheels.
